First Bank Chicago is pleased to announce Marcela Melendez has recently been promoted to Chief Lending Officer, Lease Finance Group, working closely alongside Randy Green, Executive Chairman of the Board.

In her new role, Melendez leads an all-star team of lending, leasing, and banking experts. This dynamic team is responsible for supporting the Bank’s expansion strategy as they further build and develop corporate relationships throughout the United States.

Melendez spent more than 16 years at LaSalle Solutions as Director of Credit for equipment finance. She held various leadership roles at LaSalle Solutions. She joined the First Bank Chicago team in 2019 as Vice President, Lease Finance.
