ELFA Inclusion Statement

It is our goal at ELFA to inspire and develop an inclusive and equitable industry. We leverage our purpose to promote a more inclusive community that provides a fulfilling work culture and enhances engagement throughout the Association—with our staff, member organizations, volunteers and other stakeholders. We commit to a continued focus on equity in all that we do because we believe that better outcomes are achieved when all are welcomed and able to participate. We will continue to invest to meet these goals because they are critical to moving our industry and Association forward.

ELFA has formed several volunteer committees under the People Power initiative, dedicated to advancing inclusion across all communities within the industry. Through advocacy, education, and connection, these committees strive to create a more inclusive and empowering industry for everyone. The People Power volunteer groups include:

Inclusion Committee

The ELFA Inclusion Committee plays a vital role in fostering inclusion and representation within the equipment leasing and finance industry. Its primary goal is to integrate the Association’s people power initiatives into a strategic, business-oriented approach that drives measurable results.

Women's Leadership

The Women’s Subcommittee is a volunteer group that contributes their time, expertise, and resources to support the advocacy and inclusion of women in the equipment leasing and finance industry.

Emerging Leaders Subcommittee

The Early Career Subcommittee is comprised of rising entry to mid-level employees from ELFA member companies dedicated to promoting early engagement with the Association among industry professionals and attracting and connecting new or entry-level individuals to the field.

Inclusion Education and Resources Subcommittee

The Inclusion Education and Resources subcommittee is dedicated to developing and delivering DEI educational content and resources that meet the needs of members and advance the knowledge and skills within the equipment leasing and finance industry, all of which are designed to support, nurture and expand the roles of people who identify as diverse.
