Stinson Deepens Bankruptcy Bench with Addition of Terri Running in Minneapolis

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Terri A. Running to the firm's Minneapolis office. Running joins as an of counsel attorney in the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Division.

Running has extensive experience in bankruptcy law and representing clients across complex bankruptcy litigation matters, including preference and fraudulent transfer claims, asset sales, discharge disputes, workouts, settlements for distressed loans and secured transactions. She has experience representing clients in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Running has a demonstrated history of success in adversary proceedings, securing favorable judgements at both the appellate and trial levels.

Running is also a member of the firm's first-of-its-kind Survivor Protection practice group.

Prior to joining Stinson, Running was an attorney at a multidisciplinary, mid-sized regional law firm with a primary focus on Minnesota and surrounding areas.
