Every industry needs an advocate in their corner, and ELFA is the united voice for equipment leasing and finance in Washington and in state capitals across the country. Our state and federal advocacy teams build relationships with key lawmakers, represent our members, defend their interests, and explain the economic importance and impact of equipment leasing and finance in communities from coast to coast. The goal of these efforts is to ensure a legislative and regulatory environment that’s conducive to sustained long-term growth for the companies that make up our vibrant industry.

As part of these efforts, we also provide a variety of different platforms for ELFA members to interact with and to tell their own stories to federal, state, and local policymakers.
