History was made on Nov. 10, 2020, when Outgoing ELFA Board Chair Martha Ahlers passed the leadership torch to Incoming Chair Kris Snow at the ELFA Board of Directors meeting. Snow becomes the association’s third female Chair, following Ahlers and 2007 Chair Valerie Hayes Jester.

Snow agreed, saying: “This really is a historic moment. It’s a great time to recognize and celebrate women’s leadership in our industry.”
