Newport Beach, CA – David L. Lamb joins Sertant Captial as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. He will be based out of Sertant’s Utah office and report to CEO Dan Krajewski.
In his role, Lamb will oversee the financial planning, financial reporting, and operational controls of the company. Lamb adds more than 25 years of business experience in a variety of industries including automobile finance, equipment finance, fleet rentals, and high-tech industries to the Sertant team.
Prior to Sertant Capital, Lamb successfully co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer for two start-ups, AVID Acceptance and Flex Fleet Rental. In addition, Lamb served as Chief Financial Officer of Tetra Financial Group, an equipment leasing company and as Senior Vice President of Finance for Prestige Financial. All four of these companies continue to be successful into present day.
Lamb earned his MBA from Brigham Young University, B.S. from University of Minnesota, and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation.
