Posted 05/24/2018
Los Angeles, CA — The largest conference in the credit and collection industry is just around the corner, and as a valuable contributor, Caine & Weiner, for the 15th consecutive year, is honored to attend and support the event. The National Association of Credit Management (NACM), 122nd Credit Congress & Expo (http://creditcongress.nacm.org), will be held from June 10-13, 2018, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Staying true to Caine & Weiner’s mission statement of alliance with progressive companies who share our vision, Caine & Weiner will utilize the event to network, build relationships, and participate in workshops and seminars.

The Credit Congress offers more than sixty compelling and relevant educational sessions from which you may choose. Ranging from the fundamentals to more sophisticated, challenging subjects, the breakout sessions present materials in the following areas:

Business and Technical Skills
Credit Management – Core concepts to best practices, trends, practitioner experiences
Credit and Technology
Financial Analysis
International Credit Concepts: global challenges, etiquette protocol, country-specific approaches
Leadership and Management
Legal Environment of Business Credit: legal updates, new case opinions, due diligence expectations

Caine & Weiner will participate in the conference by co-hosting a Hospitality Reception with NACM Connect and participate as an exhibitor at Booth #309. The booth will offer information on proven Receivables-to-Cash strategies, specifically 1st and 3rd party, commercial and consumer accounts receivable management services. The expo will provide the chance to display what sets Caine & Weiner apart and allow face-to-face interaction with other members of the industry.

“NACM is such a crucial event in our field, and we are honored to be involved again this year,” said Greg A. Cohen, Caine & Weiner’s President & CEO. “The expo gives us the unique ability to engage in a collaborative setting and build relationships that would not be possible otherwise, given today’s fast overwhelming pace environment and daily time restrictions. We are happy to know that we are continuing the legacy that Sidney Caine & Charles Weiner began in 1930.”

The Hospitality Reception will take place on Sunday June 10, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Convention Center Room 229AB. Caine & Weiner, along with their alliance partner, the NACM Connect family of companies, are the co-hosts. Invited guests will be able to renew relationships, discuss and share accounts receivable management strategies, network with industry management and meet members of the Caine & Weiner team in a comfortable, professional, and social setting. Attendees from C&W will include Greg Cohen, President & CEO, Joe Batie, Chief Commercial Officer, Shamaria Smallis, Chief of Staff, Brad Robinson, Senior Vice President – Business Development, Lisa Newberg, CBA, CCRA, Vice President – Client Services, Frank Dispensa, Vice President – Client Operations, and Michelle Followay, Senior Manager – Client Relations.
