The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) is proud to announce the ELFA Talent Pipeline Opportunity Fund, an initiative focused on cultivating and supporting the next generation of leaders in the equipment finance industry. 

The objective of the ELFA Talent Pipeline Opportunity Fund is to support emerging talent by providing access to ELFA and Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation (ELFF) programs that contribute to career development and industry engagement.

As part of this initiative, ELFA will award seven grants to individuals to attend the ELFA 64th Annual Convention, taking place October 26–28, 2025, at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Marco Island, Florida. Each grant will cover registration, travel, and hotel accommodations.

Widely recognized as the premier event in the equipment leasing and finance industry, the ELFA Annual Convention offers unparalleled networking opportunities, high-quality educational sessions, and insights into industry trends.

ELFA will continue to offer opportunities to support leaders in the equipment finance industry by expanding this initiative to support attendance to various ELFA educational events in 2026. More details will be provided later this year about those expanded offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Must be a current ELFA member.
• Full-time employment in the equipment finance industry.
• First-time Annual Convention attendee.
• Must indicate how this grant will play vital role in person career pathway and leadership goals.
• Demonstrate a passion for the mission and goals of the fund for education, emphasizing commitment of inclusion, access, empowerment, leadership, and education.
• Must submit a completed application and statement.
