Training & Development Objectives Gain fundamental understanding of commercial transportation equipment lease finance industry, lease finance basics & related contractual documentation business practices/processes ($800.0 billion industry) Learn comprehensive equipment lease finance documentation preparation and equipment funding processes. Obtain direct exposure to, and develop working relationships with largest, best of breed equipment finance providers in the United States. Contribute towards enabling Fortune 500 companies and other large corporate organization transportation fleets with Corcentric fleet optimization offerings. Gain indirect exposure to equipment lease finance pricing and executive sales processes. Additional Responsibilities Prepare/coordinate invoice funding summaries Prepare & deliver Client/Lessee lease transaction documentation Prepare & deliver Funding Partner Syndication documentation Coordinate syndication funding closings Prepare/deliver Titling Trust documentation Required: Proficient with MicroSoft Office suite (Excel emphasis) High detail attention Solid mathematics aptitude Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Work closely with lessees, sales team, and investment funding partners to effectively document and fund finance transactions. Conduct frequent, time sensitive communications, with executive sales personnel, senior management, and funding partner operation teams. Ability to work under tight deadlines and time constraints. Preferred: 2 years loan/lease contract documentation experience Basic lease finance fundamental understanding Lease/loan syndication documentation awareness Electronic loan documentation system experience a plus Will provide training for highly qualified college graduate
