ELFA Announces Webinar on “Building Inclusive Workplaces” on Aug. 30

Washington, D.C. — Equipment finance professionals interested in fostering a more inclusive workplace are encouraged to attend a new webinar hosted by the ELFA Equity Committee.  “Building Inclusive Workplaces: You’ve successfully recruited a diverse workforce, now what?” on Aug. 30 at 1pm EDT will equip attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and drive positive change within their organizations.

Through expert insights and practical examples, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the benefits of DEI, the challenges that may arise, and effective strategies for implementing and sustaining inclusive practices in the workplace. Speakers will include:
