[Chicago, IL]: Syndifi Inc., the online syndication software provider built specifically for the equipment finance industry, has announced the promotion of Alistair Canal to President.
Canal is responsible for Syndifi’s global strategic direction, P&L management, and overall day-to-day operations. Directing product development initiatives and scaling the brand’s market reach, resilience and bottom-line growth are also a part of Canal’s leadership role. Since joining the company in 2021, Canal has focused on forging customer relations while managing customer demands by anticipating and serving their needs.

Right from the start, Canal began adding the necessary structure, processes, and tools required to scale and grow Syndifi. In his most recent position as Chief Growth Officer, he played a pivotal role in developing and launching new platform innovations like Deal Pools and the upcoming release of ConnectiFi.

For nearly two decades, Canal has earned leadership posts at some of the nation's leading financial and compliance firms, including Bankers Healthcare Group, Promontory Financial Group, and Live Oak Bank where he co-launched their equipment finance division. During his tenure, he consistently drove revenue growth and forged winning brands for each organization.
