Monitor Recognizes Top Women Leaders Making An Impact In Equipment Finance Industry
FORT LAUDERDALE (December 13, 2022) – Fleet Advantage, a leading innovator in Class-8 fleet data analytics, equipment financing, and life cycle cost management (LCCM) announced today that Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Katerina Jones, has been named a 2022 Top Woman in Equipment Finance by Monitor.
The Top Women in Equipment Finance Awards recognizes women in leadership positions in the equipment finance industry, specifically looking at their exceptional qualities and achievements, not only during 2022, but throughout their entire careers.
Jones is a valued member of the Fleet Advantage Senior Management Team with over 20 years of client-centric experience. She plays a significant role in the success of Fleet Advantage through strategic campaigns and customer programs, which have helped acquire new high-profile clients and address many of the critical issues facing equipment finance today. Her direct impact in shaping America’s corporate fleets has focused on educating equipment finance executives as they navigate today’s economy and mentoring other women in the industry.
Through advocating for the advancement of women within the transportation industry, Jones has made podcast appearances, most recently discussing “the value of mentorship for women,” in equipment finance on the Monitor Podcast Series. Jones’ impact has also been highlighted through additional awards this year, including Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 3rd Annual Women in Supply Chain, the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association 2022 Top Brand Innovator, South Florida Business Journal’s 2022 Influential Business Woman, and the Women In Trucking Association’s 2022 Top Women to Watch in Transportation.
Jones was also recognized for her involvement in several charitable organizations, industry-related council positions and committees, including the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) where she is a member of the Annual Conference Planning Committee. She is highly regarded by this organization for her private fleet knowledge and dedication to the equipment finance industry.
