Boston Financial recently closed two transactions for startup companies. You've heard of lab grown meat?  Now there are lab grown diamonds. This company is on the forefront of being an environmentally and ethically conscious company. They are a designated B corporation, as a seed stage company they have raised $2m in SAFE notes, have an accomplished team and have generated $2 million in pre-orders. BFEC leased them $200K of lab equipment for manufacturing.  Also in startup phase but with management who have a strong track record in the industry, is a company working on a better battery for electric cars. The company is in a growing and environmentally conscious space in the industry and is poised for growth. We leased them $250K and have just added on another $200K.
