RVI Group, a specialty insurance company based in Stamford, CT, promoted Wei Fan from Executive Vice President to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Fan has been a key contributor to the company since joining in 2007, having successfully led the Quantitative Analysis and Passenger Vehicle teams and growing the company’s passenger vehicle residual value insurance business from its longstanding North American revenue platform to new business in China, Australia and the United Kingdom. Fan’s excellent leadership, tremendous work ethic, intellectual curiosity and superior analytical capability have brought incredible value to RVI.
