Minneapolis, MN, July 23, 2024 – Mitsubishi HC Capital America announces that the Monitor has named Amanda Brubaken, an Operations Group Lead in the company’s Vendor Solutions division as a “40 Under 40 NextGen” in 2024. This prestigious recognition, from a leading trade publication in equipment finance and leasing, highlights Brubaken's continuous contributions and leadership within the industry.
In her role at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Brubaken's ability to lead and build strong interpersonal relationships across departments exemplify her trajectory as a rising star in equipment finance. She recently achieved her CLFP (Certified Lease & Finance Professional) designation, demonstrating her expertise and further commitment to the industry.

For the equipment finance sector to grow, Brubaken emphasizes the importance of attracting emerging talent early in their careers. This has provided her with a platform to promote the industry, and recently she was featured at the ELFA’s Annual Convention and in 2024, joined the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation’s Future Council.
