Brought to you by the Emerging Talent Advisory Council (ETAC), Emergence2019 is a leadership event for emerging talent from ELFA member companies. Those who would like to attend must submit a letter of interest and a recommendation letter from the applicant's manager/senior management team no later than Friday, May 10, 2019. Who Should Attend?

This event is open to ELFA members only who did not attend Emergence2018. Attendees should be those who have the ability and desire to lead, grow and make a positive impact on others. These are individuals considered to be high-potential future leaders in their respective organizations and in the industry.

Registration Fee

Cost to attend is $495, which covers the meeting space and meals.

Attendees who have been selected to attend will be notified the week of June 3rd.  Space is limited to 75 attendees and 3 attendees per company.
