Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a critical topic for many equipment finance businesses today, with precious little guidance on how best to get started and approach potentially sensitive topics with their teams. As ELFA member companies look to each other for guidance, the ELFA Equity Committee and Service Provider Business Council Steering Committee are pleased to present a conversation with several members who will share their experiences driving DEI in their companies, approaches to challenges they’ve faced, and how leaning into DEI has positively impacted their businesses.
