Resources for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Industry During Unprecedented Times

The federal government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been big, swift, and rapidly changing. ELFA has created this site in order to provide ELFA members with the latest information regarding how the federal government is responding and to provide you with information about how ELFA is engaging with policy makers in response to the crisis. 

You will also find a daily legislative update, compiled by ELFA’s outside government affairs firm, Peck Madigan Jones, one of the premier bipartisan firms in Washington.  This update provides you the latest on the Congressional machinations in responding to this crisis.  We’ve provided this in digest form so that you can see how things have evolved if you wish. 

We’ve also created repositories of current regulatory guidance and legislative activity that might affect your business.  Lastly, we created a historical resources section that might provide insights into how things might play out if history repeats itself.  ELFA will update this page as necessary, including every workday during the peak of the crisis, to ensure our members have current information on the federal government’s response to this pandemic.
