The successful candidate will assist in providing legal support for equipment finance transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the Company's business objectives.     Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction where the position is located. 1-3 years of experience in equipment finance, commercial finance, or a related legal field. Strong understanding of equipment finance transactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department with a focus on equipment finance.
