Overland Park, Kansas, Responsible for all operations, policies, practices and staffing for Transport Funding LLC. which includes:
Senior C-Suite leadership position in a commercial credit granting operation supporting a critical business area within a larger global enterprise.
Final authority on all day-to-day business decisions related to the risk management of parent company's endorsed finance contracts.
Evaluates and implements policies and practices to maximize profitability and maintain portfolio soundness.
Directs and monitors all financial transactions and record keeping ensuring dual control and compliance with established accounting practices.
Monitors the work product of all employees to ensure staff behavior consistent with company objectives.
Problem solving related to customer needs and employee relationships.
