Maxus Capital Group is pleased to announce that Kyle Seychel has joined our team as the Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences / Commercial Real Estate Sectors.

As Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences / Commercial Real Estate Sectors, Kyle will be responsible for cultivating new relationships to drive equipment, leasehold, and real property improvements, and working capital financing opportunities in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Commercial Real Estate Sectors.

Kyle has extensive experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Commercial Real Estate Sectors.  In his two most recent positions at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, Kyle has exclusively focused on commercial real estate investment sales and equity, debt, and structured finance (EDSF) transactions.  He comes to us with a depth of Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Commercial Real Estate relationships including but not limited to local and national healthcare providers, M&A private equity sponsors, investors, developers, brokers, tenants, and vendors with a focus on the middle markets.

Kyle is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
