DUBLIN, Ireland – Invigors, part of The Alta Group, has appointed Tim Pearce as ‘Senior Consultant, As a Service’ to support the group’s European activities, bringing extra breadth to the ‘as a service’ practice beyond asset finance to support clients developing such offerings.

Tim is an international business programme manager based in the UK, experienced in planning and executing valuable, strategic change in the way a business is structured and operates. Working closely with those operationally responsible, Tim has achieved considerable success designing programmes that align operations to corporate priorities, to deliver on optimisation, sustainability, security and digitisation/productivity. Most recently he was responsible for managing the global programmes that brought together, re-positioned and broadened the reach of Xerox’s ‘as a service’ print and digital offerings. This was after having regional responsibility for the lifecycles of many of the underlying managed services.

He has several decades of experience in the technology and business services sectors: he moved to Xerox via Logitech and an intellectual property start-up after starting his career at HP. Prior roles – all international - include those in supply chain operations, product and field marketing, and business development. Tim is a Manchester University economics graduate, a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of the Association for Project Management.
