WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association today released a Diversity & Inclusion Toolkit for ELFA members. The toolkit is designed to support member companies in their journey toward fostering a diverse and inclusive culture within their organizations. The ELFA Equality Steering Committee produced the toolkit as part of the ELFA Equality movement, an initiative led by the ELFA Board of Directors, member organizations and association professional staff to promote and advance diversity and inclusion across the association and the equipment finance industry.
The user-friendly, three-page Diversity & Inclusion Toolkit includes the following resources:

- Key D&I definitions
- Links to resources for driving D&I in the workplace
- Links to D&I non-profit organizations
- A calendar of relevant 2020 holidays
