The Equipment Finance Department of First foundation Bank has promoted two Team Members.  After another superior year in 2019, these promotions are well deserved and will play a major role in supporting and assuring our continued growth.

Garrett Reetz has been promoted to the position of VP/Credit Manager.  Garrett joined our company in 2016 as Credit Officer.  As our Credit Team and department has grown, Garrett has grown with it.  Garrett now manages our entire Credit Team, including credit adjudication, policies and procedures, collections and asset recovery.  Garrett reports to Mike Mayfield, First Foundation’s SVP/Equipment Finance Department Manager.

Keo (kayo) Chanthavong has been promoted to a Lease/Loan Servicing Specialist II.  Keo joined our company in 2018 as a Lease/Loan Servicing Specialist I with an extensive background in the operations side of our equipment financing industry.  Keo will continue to report to Bree Johnson, our AVP/Operations Manager.  However, Keo will be taking on new customer service and supervision responsibilities in her new position.

The First Foundation Bank Equipment Finance Department provides no direct lending programs and solely grows by funding relationships with independent leasing and finance companies.
