Caine & Weiner to Attend 123rd NACM Credit Congress & Expo

Posted 04/24/2019
The largest conference in the credit and collection industry is just around the corner. Caine & Weiner, as a valuable contributor for the 16th consecutive year, is honored to attend and support the event. The National Association of Credit Management (NACM), 123rd Credit Congress & Expo (creditcongress.nacm.org), will be held from May 19-22, 2019, at the Gaylord Rockies in Aurora, Colorado.

Staying true to Caine & Weiner’s mission statement of alliance with progressive companies who share our vision, Caine & Weiner will utilize the event to network, build relationships, and participate in workshops and seminars.

The Credit Congress offers five days of compelling and relevant educational sessions ranging from the fundamentals to more challenging subjects, as well as certification and exam review courses.

Breakout session topics include:

  • Credit management industry, technology and business operations updates
  • National and international economic landscapes
  • Challenges in specific industries
  • Human interaction with colleagues and customers
  • As well as survival and leadership sessions by former Survivor TV Show contestant Holly Hoffman

The Credit Congress will also welcome Keynote Speaker Brett Culp. Brett is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and founder of the not-for-profit, The Rising Heroes Project. He is known for the film Legends of the Knight  and his latest book project Look to the Sky, both of which explore the power of heroic stories to inspire us to believe in a better tomorrow. Brett encourages audiences to find the superhero within and their own path to “everyday leadership.” His insights on connecting individuals to an organization’s mission and goals resonate, helping us realize our greatest personal and business potential.

Caine & Weiner will participate in the Credit Congress by co-hosting a Hospitality Reception with NACM Connect and as an exhibitor at Booth #507. The booth will offer information on proven Receivables-to-Cash strategies, specifically 1st and 3rd party commercial and consumer accounts receivable management services. The expo will provide the chance to display what sets Caine & Weiner apart and allow face-to-face interaction with other members of the industry.

“NACM is such a crucial event in our field, and we are honored to be involved again this year,” said Greg A. Cohen, Caine & Weiner’s President & CEO. “The expo gives us the unique ability to engage in a collaborative setting and build relationships that would not be possible otherwise, given today’s fast overwhelming pace environment and daily time restrictions. We are happy to know that we are continuing the legacy that Sidney Caine & Charles Weiner began in 1930.”

The Hospitality Reception will take place on Sunday May 19, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Juniper Ballroom A/B at The Gaylord Rockies. Caine & Weiner, along with their alliance partner, the NACM Connect family of companies, are the co-hosts. Invited guests will be able to renew relationships, discuss and share accounts receivable management strategies, network with industry management and meet members of the Caine & Weiner team in a comfortable, professional, and social setting. Attendees from C&W will include Greg Cohen, President & CEO, Joe Batie, Chief Commercial Officer, Shamaria Smallis, Chief of Staff, Brad Robinson, Senior Vice President – Business Development, Lisa Newberg, CBA, CCRA, Vice President – Client Services, Frank Dispensa, Vice President – Client Operations, Kenny O’Rear, Senior Manager – Client Services, and Michelle Followay, Senior Manager – Client Relations.
