Wintrust Commercial Finance hires Vicki Braches as senior transaction analyst

FRISCO, Texas – April 9, 2018 – Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a division of Wintrust Asset Finance Inc., hired Vicki Braches as senior transaction analyst. In this role, Vicki will assist the credit department and provide oversight of documentation and funding activities. She has more than 20 years of experience in documenting and funding transactions in the mid to large-ticket equipment finance market.


“The hiring of Vicki Braches will improve efficiency and the customer experience as we continue to grow the business,” said WCF Chief Credit Officer Paul Hallauer. “Further, Vicki’s oversight of this important process will provide consistency and improve accuracy in the documentation and funding areas. We look forward to Vicki’s input and expertise as we build out a team of transaction coordinators to meet the demand as WCF’s originations increase.”


Vicki attended Texas Lutheran College and the Southwestern Paralegal Institute. She has more than 20 years of industry experience including positions as a paralegal, transaction coordinator, records specialist, and project manager. Before joining WCF, Vicki spent 22 years at GE Capital in positions of increased responsibility.
