ELFA is mourning the passing of James H. Possehl, who passed away on March 23, 2023. Jim served as ELFA Chair from 1997-1998 and was an inaugural inductee into the Equipment Finance Hall of Fame in 2014, when he was recognized as the Founder of Republic Financial and an independent middle market leasing visionary.
