We have a lot in store for you at the ELFA Annual Convention, Oct. 9-11 at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, Florida. The agenda includes high-quality educational sessions, unparalleled networking opportunities, a great lineup of keynote speakers and a first-rate exhibit. Review the tips below to prepare:

Get ready to network by taking these steps now:

• Review the lineup of speakers and sessions and plan what you will attend.
• Check out the list of participants and schedule appointments with your colleagues.
• Thank the sponsors supporting the event this year.

 Discover business solutions
Take a look at who will be exhibiting and which exhibit booths you’d like to visit. The Exhibit Hall will be open during the following hours:  

• Sunday, Oct. 9: 6-8:30pm
• Monday, Oct. 10: 7am-6pm

Enjoy these social/food functions
Meet your fellow ELFA members at these events planned for your enjoyment. Your attendee registration includes the following meals and social events, in addition to business sessions:

• Sunday, Oct. 9: New Members, Leadership, Women's Council, Emerging Talent, Equity Combined Reception; Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall
• Monday, Oct. 10: Breakfast, Two Refreshment Breaks, Foundation Luncheon, Reception in Exhibit Hall
• Tuesday, Oct. 11: Breakfast, Community Luncheon, Closing Party and Dinner, After Glow Reception

Hotel Information
Due to strong demand, the ELFA discounted room block at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes is full but rooms are still available at the regular hotel rate. If you have not reserved a room yet, make your reservations online.

Thank you for your support
Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been impacted by Hurricane Ian. In the ELFA tradition of giving back, a portion of every convention registration will be donated to storm relief. We are also exploring opportunities for a community service project in support of those impacted by the storm. In addition, the "Build-a-Guitar" community service project will take place on Sunday, Oct. 9, at 2-4pm (pre-registration required).
 
Need to cancel?
As a reminder, if you are not able to attend the Annual Convention, Wednesday, Oct. 5 is the last day to cancel your registration for a full refund.
 
When you arrive on-site
Pick up your badge and your Convention materials starting at 10am on Sunday, Oct. 9 at the Grande Registration Desk located in the Mediterranean Ballroom Foyer of the JW Marriott Grande Lakes.
