Who Attends: Presidents, CEOs and senior executives of ELFA member equipment leasing and finance companies.

Highlights:
The 2014 Capitol Connections program is designed to educate members of Congress and select Administration officials about the $827 billion equipment finance industry’s role as a major source of capital and investment in the United States, and to positively influence federal policymakers who set the legislative and regulatory framework for the industry. More than 100 ELFA members will meet with more than 150 Senate and House offices and five executive branch agencies.

While advocating for the equipment leasing and finance industry on tax and financial services matters, participants will also be participating in the inaugural ELFA Capitol Connections Challenge.  During this challenge, which is sponsored by an ELFA member company, Orion First Financial, LLC, participants will wear pedometers to see who excels at shoe-leather advocacy.
