
The inaugural Power of People Summit, held July 21–22 in Baltimore, MD, brought together 180 professionals from across the country and diverse sectors of the equipment finance industry. Over the course of two energizing days, attendees participated in a dynamic lineup of programming focused on leadership, collaboration and community.
The agenda featured multiple breakout sessions and panel discussions led by over 20 expert speakers who explored themes around talent development, inclusion, innovation, and organizational culture. Participants engaged in thought-provoking conversations and shared best practices, leaving the summit with new insights, practical tools, and a deeper commitment to their teams and the future of the industry.

Beyond the sessions, the summit fostered meaningful connection and camaraderie. A fun walk through downtown Baltimore offered a casual opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. Attendees also took part in a powerful community service project supporting a local Baltimore City school—demonstrating the collective spirit and social impact of the industry.

Evenings were designed with connection in mind. A lively dine-around experience gave small groups the chance to bond over shared meals at local restaurants, and the event culminated in a memorable dinner cruise and networking reception along Baltimore’s scenic Inner Harbor.

The Power of People Summit set a strong foundation for continued collaboration and growth, and served as a powerful reminder that people truly are the heart of progress.
