Credit and Collections Professionals Convene

Credit and collections professionals from across the equipment finance industry gathered in Tampa, June 9-11, for the 2025 ELFA Credit & Collections Management Conference and Exhibition, held at The Westin Tampa Waterside. Over three days, attendees explored key topics such as portfolio risk, delinquency trends, customer communication, and technology-driven collections strategies.

The conference agenda was rich with content tailored to the industry's most pressing concerns. Day two welcomed a compelling keynote from Beth Ann Bovino, Chief Economist at U.S. Bank, who delivered a nuanced 2025 economic outlook. An outstanding 16 exhibitors joined the excitement and delivered hands-on exposure to innovative services and technologies helping attendees sharpen their operational edge.

Opportunities to connect remained central to the conference experience. From breakfasts and receptions in the dynamic exhibit area to two boat cruises, attendees forged new connections and reinformed existing ones.
