Univest Capital Announces Retirement of President, Bill Clark, and Promotion of Mark Kelly

Univest Capital recently announced that its President, Bill Clark, will retire on March 31, 2025. Univest Capital is a subsidiary of Univest Bank and Trust Co. that serves the equipment financing needs of businesses and municipalities. In 2006, Clark cofounded Univest Capital and served as Chief Operating Officer until 2018 when he became the President. During the last 19 years, under Clark’s leadership, Univest Capital has grown from a start-up to a valuable line of business with approximately $250 million in net outstandings. 

Upon Clark’s retirement, Mark Kelly, who currently serves as Senior Vice President and Commercial Sales Team Leader, will be promoted to President of Univest Capital.
