RVI Group, a leader in residual value insurance, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dana Niven to the position of Director of Sales and Client Services. In this role, she will help oversee the company’s client relationship management, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Since joining our team in 2017, Dana has excelled in the client services role and expanded her contributions to the Commercial Equipment (CE) team. Dana’s excellent client relationship management skills have helped CE maintain a broad client base and during the past year Dana added sales responsibilities related to inbound program opportunities and has played a key role in obtaining new business for the CE department.

In her new capacity, Dana will be responsible for leading the client services team, fostering long-term relationships with clients and new prospects and helping to develop sales strategies.  She has been instrumental in our success and embodies our commitment to client satisfaction.

Before joining RVI, Dana spent 20+ years serving in various leadership roles at the Hertz Rent – A- Car Corporation in their Global Sales and Marketing Division.
