DLL Expands Executive Board – Appoints Iman Eddini CHRO

Eindhoven, September 12, 2022DLL, a global provider of asset-based financial solutions, announced the expansion of its Executive Board and the appointment of Iman Eddini to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Executive Board.  This new appointment takes immediate effect.

Eddini is a highly regarded leader and professional with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Most recently, she served as a Global Human Resources Leader for Rabobank, where her role encompassed more than 35,000 employees in 44 countries and included leadership of the Talent Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) programs for the bank.  Prior to joining Rabobank in 2017, Eddini was a Human Resources leader with Dutch telecom provider, KPN, where she oversaw the transformation of the culture and leadership in both the Business and Consumer market teams of the company, including the design of a new leadership development program.
