Inc. Magazine, the American business magazine best known for its annual rankings of privately held companies in the United States, has named Dakota Financial, a leading equipment finance company, to their 2022 Best Workplaces list. 

Hitting newsstands in the June 2022 issue, and as part of a prominent inc.com feature, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies who have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits. Out of thousands of applicants, Inc. singled out just over 150 winning companies.

“We are honored to receive this recognition and it is extremely meaningful to us, as the list was determined in part by employee engagement scores, as well as by the benefits we offer,” Jessica Edelist, Director of Human Resources at Dakota Financial, said. “It’s never easy to win this honor, but add the pandemic and inflation, and making this list is a real honor that we are proud to share with our team.”   

The Inc. Magazine Best Workplaces list recognition is awarded to companies who offer more than good pay and good perks.  These companies also must have a clear purpose and strong leadership that makes the parts work together.
