GARDEN CITY, NY; September 23, 2020 —  The Secured Finance Network (SFNet) named Theresa Driscoll and Julia Gavrilov, attorneys  at Moritt Hock & Hamroff  (MH&H), to its Top Women In Commercial Finance List for 2020 in recognition of their outstanding achievements and leadership in the commercial finance industry.

Ms. Driscoll, a partner of the firm, serves as Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy Practice Group.  She concentrates her practice in the representation of corporate debtors, lenders, trustees and unsecured creditors in all aspects of financial restructuring including workouts, chapter 11 cases and bankruptcy litigation.  During the past 15 years, Ms. Driscoll has aided in the successful reorganization of businesses in chapter 11 and also has obtained favorable outcomes for creditors, including lenders, in distressed situations. Ms. Driscoll is a member of the Turnaround Management Association – Long Island Chapter where she serves on its Board of Directors and is the current Chapter President.

Ms. Gavrilov, counsel to the firm, focuses her practice in equipment leasing and finance, secured lending and all areas of complex commercial litigation.  In her 13 years of practice, she has emerged as a recognized leader in the industry, both on the transactional and litigation side. Ms. Gavrilov is member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) where she serves on its Service Providers Business Council Steering Committee as well as on the Research Committee of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation. Earlier this year, SFNet also recognized Ms. Gavrilov as one of its Top 40 Under 40 Rising Stars.
