The Fundamentals of Equipment Leasing and Finance course—the only one of its kind for the $1 trillion equipment finance industry—trains those who are new to the equipment finance industry or looking for a refresher on industry fundamentals. In 2018 ELFA worked with Designing Digitally, a custom learning and development company, to completely redesign the course. The overhauled program engages users through an interactive, online interface that provides “virtual” hands-on experience and training in the fundamentals of equipment finance.
