The Asset Finance consulting and services firm Invigors EMEA LLP, the European arm of The Alta Group, today announced that Frans Jansen, formerly Vice President of Doosan Infracore Financial Solutions, has joined the firm as Senior Consultant in The Netherlands.

Jansen brings more than 25 years of pan-European finance experience in the captive and vendor finance markets. With experience of American, Belgian, Dutch, English, French, German, Korean, Swedish and Spanish companies, Jansen is very aware of cultural and commercial differences between various countries. Fluent in four languages, he has built excellent relationships at all levels with international financial institutions which will enable Jansen to translate the requirements of Invigors clients into tailor made finance offerings.

Immediately prior to joining Invigors, Jansen managed a small team to operate a virtual captive operation for Doosan Infracore which covered 26 countries. From inception, the business grew by over 500% without increasing headcount.

Previous appointments include senior positions at Siemens Financial Services, Heller Financial, AT&T Capital, Central Hispano Leasing, Chase, Svenska Finans, Econocom and Amstel Lease.

Jansen’s appointment continues the development of Invigors growing portfolio of consultancy and advisory services. Jansen commented: “Joining Invigors is a bit like ‘coming home’ as I shall now be reunited with six European/North American colleagues with whom I have worked during various stages of my career. During the past 8 years with Doosan Infracore, I know for sure that substantial value can be created for both OEM’s (in Construction Equipment and other segments) and their dealer networks by offering a range of bespoke financial products in their wholesale, retail and rental activities.”
