Wintrust Commercial Finance adds Derusha to Asset Management Department

Frisco, TX – May 2, 2017 – Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a part of Wintrust Financial, announced that Brian Derusha has joined the division’s Asset Management Department as senior vice president.

“Many of us at Wintrust Commercial Finance have worked with Brian in previous roles and are excited about him joining the group,” said WCF President & CEO Kirk Phillips. “Brian’s experience and expertise will greatly add to our strong asset management department, making it one of the best in the industry. Mr. Derusha has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of asset management, having held positions of increasing responsibility at Fleet Capital Leasing, Transamerica Financial Services, AIG Commercial Asset Finance and, most recently, AIG Investments. He’s been an active participant with the Equipment Finance and Leasing Association, with positions on the executive asset management committee and as a presenter and contributor at industry conferences and periodicals. He holds a management degree from North Adams State College, also known as Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
