INDIANAPOLIS – JDR Solutions Inc. complies with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Service Organization Control 1 and 2 standards for financial and operational integrity, following an annual company audit.
Those conclusions are found in JDR’s 2016 SOC 1 and 2 reports. The reports cover the period Oct. 1, 2015 to Sept. 30, 2016, and mark the 10th consecutive year JDR has been designated AICPA SOC-compliant.

SOC Reports® evaluate the internal controls of services provided by organizations and businesses. The reports are a valuable tool for building trust between SOC-compliant service providers and their clients and prospective customers.
The JDR SOC audit was conducted by Crowe Horwath LLP, a national accounting firm and AICPA member.
The SOC 1 report addressed the design and operating effectiveness of JDR’s lease/loan portfolio administration operational procedures. Those practices were found to be “suitably designed to provide reasonable assurance that the control objectives would be achieved.” The SOC 2 report, which covered security controls, said JDR’s systems were “suitably designed” to meet “applicable trust services criteria.”
