Mayling C. Blanco

Mayling represents corporations and individuals in white collar defense, government investigations, and commercial litigation matters, notably concentrating her practice on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and corporate fraud, as well as matters implicating criminal tax exposure. She has conducted domestic and international, multijurisdictional investigations for clients with ventures in Latin America, Asia, and Europe, and has represented her clients before the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal, Civil, and Tax Divisions. She also advises corporations and financial institutions in connection with corporate governance and compliance matters. In litigation, Mayling has experience before various Federal District Courts, U.S. Tax Court, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the New Jersey Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court, defending clients in white collar, tax, commercial, employment, and constitutional matters. Andrew J. Haas

Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of estate, tax, and closely held business planning. He regularly works with business owners and entrepreneurs to effectively integrate business interests into a comprehensive estate plan. He also counsels high-net-worth individuals, professional athletes, and families, and works closely with clients and their professional advisors to ensure seamless exchange of information, as well as the effective implementation and administration of estate planning strategies. He is the author of the chapter “Estate Planning For Closely-Held Businesses” in Estate Planning in Pennsylvania, 4th Edition (PBI Press). Andrew currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and as a co-chairman of its Outreach Committee; a member of the Tax Committee of the Probate and Trust Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association; and a member of the board of directors of United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia and Vicinity. Alex E. Hassid

Alex represents clients in a variety of complex civil cases before federal and state courts. His practice, which covers all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, spans a wide array of subject areas, including antitrust matters, government contracts, and general business litigation. In recent years, Alex represented opt-out antitrust plaintiffs in lengthy federal trials; represented major government contractors in large-scale federal and state court litigation and in arbitration; prepared briefs to the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Fourth, and Tenth Circuits; and conducted and won a trial on behalf of an individual pro bono client in Maryland State court. Michael A. Iannucci

Nikhil A. Heble

Adrien C. Pickard
