Jeff Bunch joins as Global VP of Sales Ex-CEO and COO of Auction Credit, Jeff Bunch has joined the Sword Apak team as Global VP of Sales. Bunch has an abundance of industry knowledge from his 20+ years’ work in the marketplace, beginning his career at Manheim Financial Services in 1995. Bunch will be responsible for managing key strategies for the global sales team and the continued expansion of the business worldwide.
Doriene Viera becomes VP of Business Development Viera joined Sword Apak in 2011 as VP of Operations for North America after working for a major US manufacturer captive. Viera’s wealth of industry knowledge will support new and existing clients by identifying arising opportunities in the marketplace to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their business. Viera will identify how Sword Apak can support the growing market demands and will also lead the team in assisting lenders globally with expert industry consulting on solutions and technology.
Jodie Jewell becomes VP of Operations in the Americas Jewell joined Sword Apak in 1997 and progressed through the company to became PMO Director in 2009, and developed into Global PMO Director in 2011 after relocating to the U.S.
Jewell is responsible for increasing growth of the regional team in the U.S. This includes expanding capacity to meet growing client needs, working with the global team to ensure optimum business efficiency to all clients, as well as maintaining high service levels across all stages of client lifecycle.
Sword Apak has been investing in its recruitment and expansion to cater for its growing global client base. The number of employees in the U.S. office (based in Atlanta) has almost tripled in the last 24 months and the UK office has grown by 108% in the same time frame. The new team members range from experienced, long-standing industry members to innovative and talented graduates.
