Lawrence Watts has been named EFG Head of Originations after serving as Head of Capital Markets. Lawrence has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, focused primarily on originating, structuring, and syndicating structured debt and tax products. He most recently served as managing director of Wells Fargo Securities’ Commercial Asset Leasing & Finance -- Equipment Finance Group. Prior to that, he was in leadership positions with Wachovia Securities, Bank of America’s leasing and securities units, and Fleet Global Lease Finance. Watts is based in Charlotte, NC.

Steven Spivey has been named EFG Head of Capital Markets after leading the Healthcare and Consumer verticals for the Investment Banking platform. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the domestic and international leasing industry with a diversified background including capital markets and sales and risk management. Prior to joining SunTrust, Steve held various positions at GE Capital and ATEL Capital. Spivey is based in Atlanta, GA.
