Stamford, CT – April 2015 – The RVI Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael P. McGroarty to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In addition to running the legal department, Mr. McGroarty is also responsible for RVI’s Commercial Real Estate business.

Mr. McGroarty joined RVI in 2007 as Sr. Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and assumed responsibility for the company’s commercial real estate business in 2011. Prior to joining RVI, Mr. McGroarty worked as General Counsel for a London Stock Exchange AIM listed software company and as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for a NASDAQ listed software company. He received his BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law.
