Ron Horner and Lisa McNeme Join Wintrust Commercial Finance Team
Frisco, TX – June 18, 2015 –Ron Horner and Lisa McNeme have joined Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF) as senior vice president-general counsel, and vice president-operations, respectively. Both will work from the group’s Frisco, Texas headquarters.
Horner joins WCF from AIG Commercial Asset Finance where he was associate general counsel. His extensive experience also includes previous positions at Citicapital, Kutak Rock and Thompson Coe. He holds a Master of Law from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University. In his new role, he will support senior management as general counsel, as well as provide transaction oversight in documenting equipment based loans and leases for the group.

McNeme brings 23 years of experience in operations, loan documentation management and compliance to WCF from her previous roles at AIG Commercial Asset Finance, Citicapital, Orix and GMAC. McNeme’s new responsibilities will include establishing and managing operational oversight of the company’s growing loan and lease portfolio.
