INDIANAPOLIS – JDR Solutions Inc., a provider of equipment finance portfolio management software and services, has named Steve Leer its Director of Marketing and Business Development. His duties include public and media relations, written and online promotional content, advertising, social media and other marketing activities.

Leer brings nearly 30 years of experience to the job. The Anderson, Ind., native was an award-winning newspaper journalist and, most recently, a writer, editor and communications consultant for Purdue University’s College of Agriculture and Equipment Technologies, an Indiana-based farm machinery manufacturer. Leer earned a degree in journalism from Liberty University in 1986.
