HCA is pleased to announce that Suzanne Santos has joined the company as Senior Vice President Operations & Chief Credit Officer responsible for leading the company’s North American Credit and Operations functions. Sue brings over 25 years of experience in risk and operations, most recently with GE Capital as a Managing Director of Risk Data and Analytics where she led the development of risk analytics, governance, and portfolio monitoring routines. Before that Sue held numerous leadership positions in Risk and Operations, Six Sigma, Underwriting, and Portfolio Management. “We are thrilled that Sue will be bringing her experience and expertise to the HCA leadership team.
