Fleet Advantage, a leading innovator in truck fleet business analytics, equipment financing and lifecycle cost management, today announced the addition of Trip O’Neil as Senior Vice President, Business Development to its leadership team. O’Neil has specific expertise in structuring complex finance and service offerings, as well as technology-enabled solutions. He will launch an aggressive effort to expand Fleet Advantage’s footprint in both the private fleet sector and newly expanded for-hire markets, as well as strengthen its business development team.

Most recently, Trip served as VP of Western US Sales for Donlen Corporation. He has wide-ranging experience in building and managing national sales teams, generating revenue and consultative sales. Additionally, he has a proven track record in the areas of new business development, strategic planning and execution, and cross-functional project management. Trip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Louis University and a Master’s Degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
