The 20 Great Workplaces in Financial Services is a national “best of the best” ranking. More than 34,300 financial services employees completed a 58-question survey regarding how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace. This data resulted in a total score for each company, which was based entirely upon employee feedback. The 20 Great Workplaces in Financial Services ranking includes 10 companies with 1,000 or more employees and 10 companies with fewer than 1,000 companies. First American has approximately 140 employees and was ranked #3 in its category.

This honor follows First American’s 4th consecutive annual recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in New York State.
