CHICAGO, Ill., May 14, 2015 – BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company announced today that it has hired Lance Rhodes as Director, Senior Vice President.
Lance will be based in Chicago and will be part of BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company’s sell side syndications and well as its inbound third party buy desk.

About Lance Rhodes Lance Rhodes spent the past 12 years at GE Capital in Hunt Valley, Maryland, where he was most recently a Senior Vice President in their Capital Markets group. Prior to joining GE Capital, Rhodes was a Financial Analyst working in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. in New York City. Rhodes has a MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University.
